• Once an order is placed, you may receive confirmation via SMS, email, or other available communication channels.
• Orders are subject to item availability and our operating hours.
• Vayura Meals reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock or item availability, pricing errors, technical issues, or operational reasons.

1.3 Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in INR and may include or exclude applicable taxes as indicated at the time of purchase.
• Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways.
• An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.

1.4 Food Quality & Allergens

Vayura Meals takes reasonable care to ensure hygienic preparation, handling, and packaging of food. Customers are advised to review available ingredient information and inform us of any known food allergies or dietary requirements before placing an order.

1.5 Limitation of Liability

Vayura Meals is not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by traffic, weather conditions, public events, technical failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

2.1 Delivery Areas

Vayura Meals delivers food only within the serviceable locations available on our website or confirmed at the time of ordering.

2.2 Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on the order size, delivery location, traffic, weather conditions, peak hours, festive periods, and other unforeseen circumstances. The estimated delivery time displayed at the time of ordering is indicative and may vary.

2.3 Delivery Charges

Any applicable delivery charges will be displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed.

2.4 Proof of Delivery

Customers may be required to provide an OTP, confirmation, or other reasonable proof of delivery when receiving their order.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Once an order has been placed and preparation has started, it may not be possible to cancel the order because our meals are prepared fresh. Customers are advised to contact Vayura Meals as soon as possible if they need assistance with an order.

3.2 Cancellation by Vayura Meals

Vayura Meals may cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Item or meal unavailability
• Temporary closure or operational issues
• Incorrect pricing or technical errors
• Unserviceable delivery location
• Other circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• Order canceled by Vayura Meals
• Payment deducted but the order was not successfully confirmed
• Food was not delivered
• Wrong item was delivered
• Other verified issues with the order, subject to review

3.4 Refund Process

Where a refund is approved, it will generally be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method. The actual time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the respective bank or payment gateway.
